Peak 10 Board Members

Kevin Brandon Kevin Brandon is the company's Chairman and has served as a Director since February 2001. He is currently a co-founder and General Partner of Blackpoint Equity Partners, a New York based private equity firm.  Previously he was a Partner with Seaport Capital, a NY based private equity firm focused on information services, business services, media and communications, where he joined in 1998. Prior to this, Mr. Brandon was a Partner with Sycamore Ventures, a private equity firm, a Vice President in the high-yield bond department of Lehman Brothers, Inc. and an Associate in the Merchant Banking Group of Prudential Investment Corporation.  He has held board seats at Switch and Data Facilities Co. (NASDAQ:SDXC), Virgo Publishing, LLC (sold to Arlington Capital) and Global Household Brands (acquired by WD-40, NASDAQ: WDFC).

David Jones co-founded Peak 10 in March of 2000 and has led the company to sustain a top market position as the east coast’s premier hosting provider. David has over 20 years of combined executive leadership experience in sales, marketing and operations with Telecom*USA and MCI. Prior to forming Peak 10, he was President of the Competitive Solutions Group at CHR Solutions, a telecommunications management consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. He is an experienced entrepreneur, having been involved in the start up of two firms, including SouthernNet/Telecom*USA (acquired by MCI/WorldCom).

Richard Maclean has served as a Director since February 2001. He is a founding partner of Frontier Capital. Based in Charlotte, NC, Frontier is a venture firm providing expansion capital to high growth business services companies. Prior to Frontier, Richard was a general partner and director of a private equity partnership based in North Carolina. He has also held various positions with Bank of America and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Scott McCormack has served as a director since January 2008.  He is a partner of Seaport Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on investments in the media, communications and information services industries.  Scott joined Seaport Capital in 2003 and focuses on service provider investments in the communications and infrastructure markets as well as on software investments.  Prior to joining Seaport, Scott was a director in the media and communications group of BancBoston Capital, the private equity arm of FleetBoston Financial. 

William F. Reddersen has served as a Director since June 2001. Mr. Reddersen held various executive positions at BellSouth and AT&T. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at BellSouth where he was responsible for corporate strategy and business planning. He also served as the Group President – Value Added Services where he was responsible for BellSouth’s long distance business, Internet services and entertainment. Prior to that Mr. Reddersen ran BellSouth’s business Markets. Currently Mr. Reddersen serves on the board of two public companies and a limited number of entrepreneurial companies in an advisory capacity.
