Dan Wixon

 

The Peak 10 management team is comprised of talented and respected professionals with more than 100 years of combined experience leading entrepreneurial companies that are customer-focused and market-driven.

Dan Wixon Vice President of Services Delivery

Dan joined Peak 10 in November of 2006 and is responsible for the company's overall customer support vision and strategies including service provisioning, trouble resolution, service integration and support systems' development. He also participates in Peak 10's product development process and service partner relationships.

Prior to joining Peak 10, Dan was Vice President, Service Delivery for Web.com (formerly Interland, Inc.), a leading provider of shared hosting in the small and medium business market.  As Customer Support professional, Dan has held numerous management level positions with companies in the technology field including Senior Manager, International Services ( Bangalore and Hyderabad, India ) and World Wide Strategic Planning Manager for Dell, Director managing two regional dispatch call centers for Inacom Corporation and Partner Relations Manager for Gateway Companies Inc.

A South Dakota native, he attended the University of South Dakota where he majored in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance.
