Jeff Biggs Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering

Jeff Biggs brings more than 20 years of technology and Internet management experience to Peak 10. Mr. Biggs directs the overall strategy, design and management of Peak 10's networking and information systems, as well as oversees daily operations for the business, technology and client support units within Peak 10.

Prior to Peak 10, Mr. Biggs was co-founder and chief technology and information officer of Vobix Corporation, the 2nd largest Microsoft Great Plains hosting company. From 1989 to 2000 he held numerous strategic technology leadership and operational management positions with the Fortune 500 online information firm, LexisNexis. He is especially qualified as a data center outsourcing expert, as he managed operations for the online giant, having more than 65,000 square feet of raised floor in its primary center alone.

In addition, he has managed extremely large telecommunications infrastructures inclusive of both local area and wide area networks. Mr. Biggs is a graduate of the Wright State University School of Engineering. He began his professional career by working with Emerson Electric Representatives designing, installing, and maintaining various generator backup and UPS systems as well as large scale HVAC and chiller cooling systems.

He has been with Peak 10 since July of 2002.
