System monitoring allows you to know the real-time status of your infrastructure so you no longer have to rely on customers telling you there is a problem. Peak 10-Richmond gives you the ability to monitor the performance of everything associated with your computer system; including hardware, operating systems, applications, databases, bandwidth, etc. If a measurement is outside of a threshold preset for your dedicated server, an alert will be generated to notify you of the problem. Alerts for systems under Peak 10-Richmond's server management plan, also are directly routed to our engineering staff for rapid analysis and remediation of issues.
